Eyes are known as the "windows to the souls”. Unfortunately, they are also one of the first areas to show signs of aging. Our eye rejuvenation packages address needs specific to this important area of the face.

What does the treatment include?

There are two different eye rejuvenation packages offered. The first package includes three laser treatments and Botox®. The second package consists of three laser treatments only. The Pixel™ laser works directly on upper and lower eyelids by resurfacing and stimulating collagen to help diminish fine lines and improve the texture and tone of this delicate area. Botox treatments enhance the laser treatments by helping to soften the crowsfeet area as well as giving the eyes a more wide open appearance. Occasionally, our treatments may need to be customized, and more sessions may be needed.

How often are treatments?

The laser treatments are spaced 3-4 weeks apart and the Botox® treatment can be done at almost anytime during the course of treatment.

How long do results last?

A series of three treatments, spaced three to four weeks apart, is our standard recommendation. While Pixel Perfect reverses the appearance of aging, we can't stop the aging process. Depending on your starting point and your lifestyle following treatment, your new look can last several months or longer. A maintenance treatment is recommended once every six to twelve months to help ensure lasting improvement. Botox® lasts approximately 3 months when done around the eye area. Maintaining the results can help to eventually prolong the duration in between treatments. We have some patients who enjoy their Botox® results for 5 – 6 months.

What can you expect immediately post-treatment?

Immediately following the procedure you will experience redness and possible swelling, similar to sunburn. The redness and swelling usually dissipate within three days. Then gentle peeling may occur for one to three days. Makeup may be applied to the treated area after the second day. It is extremely important to avoid sun exposure (wear sunglasses, hats, sunscreens etc.) on a daily basis to reduce any potential side effects. Pin prick marks from Botox® treatments usually resolve within ten minutes of treatment. Botox® takes a full two weeks to reach its maximum results.
