Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

Your appointments and well-being are essential to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice.

All scheduled appointments will be confirmed two days in advance by telephone, text or email.

For TOTALSKIN SOLUTION®, DERMAL FILLERS, THREADS & COOLSCULPTING® -we require a deposit of $100 at the time of booking which will be applied to the services rendered and a 48-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
